Gruppo Ethos pizzerias, steakhouses and restaurants were born with the Sanmauro restaurant in 1988. After other business experiences in the food branch, Gruppo Ethos is now a well estabilished company, with six successful restaurants in Milano and in the Brianza area, that is characterized by the fact that every initiative promoted is absolutely customer-oriented.

The quest for the quality is real at all levels: from the management side (the company started the first “Italian lean restaurant”) to the environmental sustainability (it has been receiving for two years in a row the Oscar from Legambiente tourism regarding food realities).
As a company responsible of the food offer directed to our clients, Gruppo Ethos has decided to opt for the RSI (social responsibility of the enterprise): a list of precise commitments finalized to contribute in the best possible way to the sustainable growth of the society, declined in various aspects.
These go from the insertion in the menu of fresh, organic, well balanced and wholewheat dishes to the diffusion of the culture of healty nutrition using conference dinners, and again from nutritional education in the schools (with our project “Mangiando (sano!) si impara”, that every year is joined by thousands of children) to the charity initiatives regarding environmental safeguard.
Enthusiasm, human resources engagement, research and control of the raw materials and high quality service standards: the aim of Gruppo Ethos is to assess itself as a first mover in an innovative concept of restaurants. High quality standards will not be exclusive of a little èlite of consumers, Gruppo Ethos restaurants want to be “for all”, thanks to the wide range of prices and to the huge choice of dishes and services able to adapt to different communities.
