We make our pizzas with 100% organic soft-weath flour, water, oil, salt, fresh yeast as well as traditional dough. We also have dough made with 100% organic stone ground wholemeal flour, water, oil, salt, fresh yeast. All our pizzas are baked in a traditional wood owen. It’s possible make all our pizzas with traditional dough or wholemeal dough or with double dough for thick pizzas
