A wise balance of tastes imprisoned in a mould, a mix of creams, mousse, fresh fruit and chocolate... everything studied to surprise the eye and the palate with new forms and colourful combinations that give extraordinary satisfactions... even for the most hard to please palate...

Every desserts rises from a particular experience and inspiration, but I never overcome its natural taste cause I believe in a cuisine moved by nature.

  • Cannelloni di pere: Sweet “cannellone“ puff pastry rolls filled with pears and chocolate with cinnamon sauce and vanilla ice-cream
  • Soufflè ghiacciato alla nutella: "Nutella" ice soufflè served with wild berries-flavored water ice
  • Tortino al fondente: Chocolate cake filled pre chocolate served with fresh fruit and orange sauce
  • Tiramisù al mascarpone: Tiramisù with mascarpone cheese cream
  • Crema semifredda al cioccolato: Pure chocolate cream water rise, honey, banana and apples

  • Semifreddo al pistacchio con cioccolato: Pistachios iced mousse with crunchy chocolate
